Buy to Let – Limited Companycase study
Two couples were introduced to us as they were looking to make their first Buy to Let purchase as part of their new Buy to Let business venture. Our clients had set up the company 2 months prior to speaking with us. As such, it was too soon to provide any account information for the business.
Despite one the couples having no prior experience in the Buy to Let market, the other couple had two other Buy to Let properties that they owned personally and, we we were able to leverage their external incomes and this prior experience to support the application.
We were able to assist the new limited company and the couples involved with raising 75% of the purchase price to complete the transaction on the new property.
