Buy to Let – Expatcase study

Two clients that had resided in Dubai for over 5 years and owned 2 Buy to Let properties in the UK for over 3 years.  The existing properties were unencumbered and our clients were looking to raise finance against them in order to reinvest into a new Buy to Let property.

We were able to raise 75% of the property value, which raised £60,000 towards the client’s next purchase.

With the properties currently tenanted, this meant that the new loan was fully serviced by the combined rental income.
