Two experienced international property investors approached us to assist them with their next property venture. They were looking to convert between 12 and 14 Buy to Let properties into HMO’s within the following 24 months.

Despite our clients having access to the capital to be able to do all the purchase & refurbishments without borrowing, by utilising finance, we were able to accelerate their plans given our ability to obtain such competitive rates.

We enabled our client to couple together the first two properties that had been cash purchased and then helped them to raise a total loan of £175,000. The additional funds were used to complete the works on the property and to replenish their cash flow for the next purchase.

Once the property was completed we were then able to help our clients to exit from the bridging loan by refinancing on to a long-term mortgage, thus allowing the addition of these properties to their growing portfolio.
